Postpartum Depression, described as depression suffered by a mother following childbirth, typically arising from the combination of hormonal changes, psychological adjustment to motherhood, and fatigue, is very common, but not so commonly talked about. 


Today, hosts Elizabeth, Maria and Tara are joined by Brenda Brown. Brenda is a
